Summer League is over and what a season it was! We had a great regular season and some fun playoffs. In the end, it was Two Turnt Tees (Tyler Hartz and Andy Years) with clutch substitute play by Dwain Wuerfel, who edged out Greer Ended (David Taylor and Jimmy Greer) in the final match. Congratulations on a great season!
Here is the current schedule: 7/28/2026 – Playoffs Week 1 (Bottom 8 of 12) 8/4/2026 – Playoffs Week 2 (Quarterfinals) 8/11/2026 – Playoffs Week 3 (Semifinals) 8/18/2026 – Playoffs Week 4 (Finals) 8/25/2026 – EOY Scramble Tournament and Awards Ceremony
9/8/2026 – 10/27/2026 GPO Fall League 2026 (2 person team scramble)
GPO GL Fall League is a scramble league for 8 weeks with no make-up weeks, and no playoffs. It will end on 10/27. Also, we will begin the season teeing off at 4:30pm. Sunset on 9/8/2026 is at 7:02pm. On our last week, 10/27/2026, the sun will set at 6:05pm (we fall back on 11/1/2026 this year), so somewhere around week 4 (9/29 – 6:35pm) we will move tee time to 4:00pm. Since this is a scramble league, missing weeks just means you fall behind and does not affect the schedule otherwise. We would love to have you even if the 4pm tee time might give you issues. If 4pm at Scenic on Tuesday is never going to work for you, take that into consideration.
Though league will start on 9/8, I will leave the results of Summer League up on this page until at least 9/11.
Thank you for being a member of GPO Golf League. The league is great. The league is you.
